In 1992, it was the first company in the domestic industry to introduce electric motor manufacturing technology from the United States General Corporation. From 1993 to 1995, it introduced technology and equipment and digested them, and began to provide a complete set for Volkswagen and Shenlong Automobile. Hubei SUPERELEC has developed 18 patented technologies and more than 30 proprietary technologies. Two series of motors have been awarded as national new products. In 2013, the company was awarded as national high-tech enterprise. We have passed the QS9000, VDA6.1, ISO/TS16949 quality system audit and ISO14001 environmental system certification. The company is a Class A supplier of FAW-Volkswagen, Shanghai Volkswagen and Shenlong. The company is a core supplier or excellent supplier of Geely, Chery, Dongfeng Passenger cars, FAW cars, Yuchai, Chaochai, LOVOL, Dongqi, Yituo, JAC Navistar, Kubota, John Deere, etc. It occupies 80% of Shenlong, 60% of FAW-Volkswagen, 60% of Shanghai Volkswagen, 60% of Yuchai, 100% of Revo, etc. The production of starter products and parts are exported to Korea, Japan, Europe and other places.
In 2016, the first self-developed start-stop motor with independent intellectual property rights in China passed the test verification of Volkswagen in Germany, and created a new record in Volkswagen laboratory. In 2017, it was the first time to realize batch supply of start-stop motors in China. The company has bid for German Volkswagen Model X & Y,A-Entry, MQB, start-stop motor and other new projects, covering more than 30 models of FAW-Volkswagen and Shanghai Volkswagen. In the next three years, the company will achieve an annual output of 6 million sets of motor, with sales revenue of 1 billion yuan.
